Blake, Jace, Mom , Aunt Terri, and I all got to spend a day out with Thomas the trai n. It was quite an experience for the boys and they loved EVERY second of it. Mom and I took the boys to Terri and Jason’s house on Friday night and then on Saturday morning we drove to Connersville to spend the day (
actually half a day) with Thomas the train. There were all kinds of fun activities for the kids to do. They each got a tattoo of a Thomas character. They also got to stand with other children and say “ALL ABOARD!!!” when it was time to board Thomas for the 30 minute ride. Gram treated the boys to new t-shirts and train conductor’s hats. Aunt Terri bought them a book full of all of the “original” Thomas stories. Did you know that the Thomas series didn’t start with Thomas at all? We had SUCH a good time and it was so enjoyable to see the boys smile and beam with excitement!
