Jace’s Appointment with Dr. Tibbals

Jace went to see Dr. Tibbals today as a follow up from having his tubes put in and his adenoids taken out. All the way there he whined about not wanting to go to the doctor. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot his attitude changed completely because he knew what was inside. Dr. Tibbals office has the best waiting room for kids that I have ever seen and we have spent way too much time in waiting rooms with Jace. So then when it was time to go see the doctor, what a fit he threw. He wasn't ready to quit playing. His ears look great. The right tube has already come out and the left tube is still in place. We will go back in 4 months to make sure that the left tube has come out as well. His nose, despite being congested looked good and his tonsils were normal as well. It was a struggle to get him back through the waiting room as we left as well but I promised him we would come back another day!
